As the recently announced next head coach of the All-Blacks Scott “Razor” Robertson will likely need a place at times to regroup and regather and his recently installed Juralco Outdoor Living Room would be a good place to start.
Razor as a hugely successful coach currently of the Canterbury Crusaders before transitioning to the international game and the ABs, knows the importance of utilising space. He had been investigating how to better use his outdoor spaces and ultimately engaged a local Juralco installer MAK Homes Ltd to make his vision reality.
Wanting a space that he could use as an extension of his indoor living and that could be utilised year-round by him and his family. The solution is a bespoke Outdoor room, consisting of a Juralco Freestanding Louvre Roof with Drop-Down Screens and Glaslide® glass sliding doors, to provide him and his family the ability to use the space whatever the weather.
The louvre roof powder coated Matt Black which requires no supporting structures for installation has been custom designed to fit the available space and the louvre blades are set to optimum sun orientation. The drop-down screen has ensured protection from the elements including blocking 90% of harmful UV light, while the beautiful Glaslide® panels allow flexibility of how to open and close up the area as the stackable and robust glass doors move easily on their tracks.
This has meant in his words that this area is “Beautiful as an extension of the house and his living area for the family.” And that “the package came together perfectly as a multi-use facility and they are outside way more.” Whether it is relaxing on the sofa, busting out break dancing moves or deciding on the team for the next game the family have an additional room to work or play in and the finished product and aftercare, in his words was “world class.” He should know.
All the best from us at Juralco for his next chapter with the All Blacks.
